We offer technical expertise in the design and implementation of programs drawn from the client’s objectives and ethos, from inception to operationalization. We use various tools to inform the design of the programme through development phases of identifying the programme, formulating objectives and targeted outputs, planning and feasible timelines for programme completion, budgeting implications to accomplish the targets and indicators which can be used for programme mid and end programme monitoring and evaluation. The tools used include problem tree, design thinking, log frame review and participatory methodologies (focus group discussions, preference ranking, participatory mapping), among others. We also develop standard operating procedures for the programme to facilitate reporting and terms of engagement with stakeholders in different capacities tailored to the objectives of the program.
