We offer design and administrative support services to fund management. In this role, EED offers: grant challenge administration in accordance with governing documents, proactive and media campaigns to attract applicants developing resource deployment strategies, fundraising through building a pipeline of financiers and strategic partnerships, review and update of fund policy and standard operating procedures to ensure alignment to best practice, monitoring and evaluation of grant programs in accordance with donor requirements, quality and timely reporting to fund donors.

EED is well equipped to provide fund administrative support services acting as the communication bridge between financiers and grantees by ensuring donor’s demands are met and that the best eligible and evaluated deserving companies are financed enabling them to positively impact the ecosystem. In its mandate as a fund manager, EED is keen to build and expand the client’s portfolio by fund-raising extensively to increase its reach and impact. We ensure regular reporting from the beneficiaries and to the donors, while disseminating such information to key sectoral stakeholders and the public through publications, presentations or roundtable discussions, among others.
