In this issue we (i) discuss the future of electricity utilities in East Africa, (ii) explore avenues through which water utilities in Kenya can adapt to the effects of climate change, (iii) present a snapshot of electricity supply data collected from the Electricity Supply Monitoring Initiative (ESMI) across Nairobi, and (iv) provide a roundup of energy access news from East Africa.
