Independent Verification Services for the GCF Project in Kenya

GIZ has contracted EED Advisory to provide ICS production centres and installers independent verification services. EED will conduct verification of the inventory management processes and sales data for the ICS production centers, propose a step-by-step verification model for ICS production centres, verify ICS sales data from the installers/builders, identify any potential risks with regards to the project, and make recommendations on how to improve the verification processes.
