Developing a service charter and conducting a customer satisfaction survey for Homa Bay Water and Sewerage Company (HOMAWASCO) and Nanyuki Water and Sewerage Company (NAWASCO)

Supported the County based Water Service Providers of Homabay (HOMAWASCO) and Nanyuki (NAWASCO) to improve water delivery services through developing Customer Service Charters and conducting a customer satisfaction survey. A total of 225 surveys were carried out in the five supply schemes of Oyugis, Homa Bay town, West Karachuonyo, Mbita and Kendy Bay for Homawasco and a total of 400 surveys were conducted for NAWASCO through CAPI on the ODK platform. The initiative was part of the Water Sector Governance Program Plan sponsored by KEWASNET and SIDA.
